We may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any other information you voluntarily provide through website forms, event sign-in sheets, donation forms, or text message opt-ins.

How We Use Your Information

To send you campaign updates, event invitations, and volunteer opportunities
To process and acknowledge donations, in compliance with Florida campaign finance law
To send text messages and emails you have opted in to receive
To improve our outreach and better serve our supporters and volunteers

SMS Messaging Privacy

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to the campaign, including but not limited to marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging opt-in data is used solely to deliver the campaign communications you signed up for. You may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Information you provide may be shared with campaign vendors who assist with our voter outreach, email delivery, text messaging, and payment processing operations (such as Electd, Postmark, Stripe, and ActBlue), solely for the purpose of supporting the Campaign. Contribution information is reported to the Florida Division of Elections as required by law.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying STOP, or from emails using the unsubscribe link included in each message. You may also contact us directly to request that your information be removed from our records.
